Apple TV

I had a free year subscription on Apple TV from my iPhone 11 Pro max which expired a few days ago. But I recently bought a MacBook and I thought that when my free subscription from iPhone will end i'll activate my subscription from MacBook, and now it doesn't appear any message about my free year subscription from my recent Mac purchase. Can anyone help me with that?

Redeem free apple tv plus promotion I bought a new Apple TV 4K device. I had a free year of Apple TV plus from a previous promotion but it expired. I have already been charged for one month. How do I get the new promotion of 3 months free from my new device...or is this not possible?

There's only one free Apple TV+ trial per Apple ID or Family Sharing group. You're not eligible for another.
