Why is OpenDNS blocking sites in Safari on my iPhone

I don’t have OpenDNS and have never had it and all of a sudden a website that I go to that works has been getting blocked by OpenDNS and I have no idea why. The website works on my other families iPhone but on my it’s block by OpenDNS.

why is this happening to me and what do I do??

To get started, by chance do you have any configuration profiles showing up on your iPhone? This can be found under Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management.
