iOS/iPadOS devices do not use print drivers, per se. Instead they rely on AirPrint to submit print jobs to printers that are AirPrint-enabled.

Hi,

As Tesserax indicated, an iPad needs an AirPrint-enabled printer (About AirPrint - Apple Support). Alternatively, a special app from a printer manufacturer can be used with some Wi-Fi printers.

The Canon PIXMA MX330 is a USB-only (non-AirPrint) model, so a computer would be needed.

If you have access to a Mac (or, in some cases, even a PC) and a Wi-Fi router, you may be able to connect the USB printer to the computer, which then would act as an intermediate machine (print server). No recommendation, but you could perhaps have a look at third-party apps like Printopia, handyPrint, Print n Share (WePrint), and Printer Pro.
