Went to load my Mac up today, it seemed to be stuck there forever. I went and put it into recovery mode with command + R, went to first aid everything and reinstall the software and it gave me an error after almost being complete and started me completely over.
Any suggestions?! I’m losing my mind trying to figure out how to get my computer back working.

To get started, by chance are you working with a Mac with an Apple M1 chip? If so, are you seeing a personalization error similar to, "An error occurred while preparing the update. Failed to personalize the software update. Please try again."?
