It’s frozen on the apple logo. I tried hitting the volume up, volume down then hold the power button and it restarts then stays frozen on the apple again. Any ideas

See this, If your iPhone is stuck on the Apple logo - Apple Support and if that does not help, use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to contact Apple Support for assistance.
