I bought an apple external dvd player and it will not play the cd or load.
I can't get he apple external dvd player to work on my macbook air, can you tell me how to get it to work?

If so, what happened when you went through the steps? Does the issue occur with multiple disks? If you have access to another Mac, does the same thing happen when you test the SuperDrive?
