Apple ID is not Valid

I wanted to have a new iCloud email address on my iMac. I created it using my computer system preferences.

I successfully created an email address and Its name eg. 'xxxxxx@icloud.com'

I used it for 2-3 days as I remember.

After 2-3 days when I open my computer the below message appeared.



I tried with my password but didn't work. I tried with forgot password also. Didn't work
