Kettlebells in workout list on Apple Watch?
Really surprised there is no selection for kettlebells in the watch workout app. For the past year in quarantine they’d been selling out as fast as toilet paper…. It’s not a “new” type of workout and deserves proper tracking. I’ve found it is the most effective and least boring way of strength training with a cardio element I’ve ever done, and it doesn’t take hours or tons of equipment. Selecting “other” to be credited with the equivalent of “a brisk walk” is lame. I’m going to guess that functional strength might be better, but I bought this to track my exercise, not to be trying to figure out workarounds.
