Play mp3 on iPhone?

I have mp3 files on my iCloud drive. How do I play them on my iPhone.

I have the following devices:

Windows 10 PC

MacBook PRO (2013)

iPhone SE

IPAD mini

IPAD 6th gen (SW version 13.7)

I have iTunes on my PC and can play songs on it.

I have the following apps on my iPhone but cannot find directions for using them

I download the Music Buddy app to iPhone

I downloaded Cloud Music Player for Clouds app to iPhone

I have an app labeled "Music" on my iPhone home screen and "Library" when I open it . I understand the popular name for it is "Apple Music"

This is incorrect!

Apple Music is a subscription service. Music is an iOS application.

Migrate your MP3 music to iTunes on your computer. Then sync that music to your iPhone.
