USB-C ports problem

I bought it last September and have been using it.

However, I found that the two ports on the left side of the product are cut off when using a mouse through a hub.

I thought the hub was the problem, so I replaced the hub with a new one, and also the mouse.

But the hub and mouse were not the problems.

If I plug a hub or USB-C into the port on the right, there is no problem.

only two ports on the left are not properly connected.

It seems to be experiencing about 20% disconnection.

It's not completely gone, but it's definitely not a smooth flow.

What should I do?

FYI, I tried Factory reset once. Still, the problem persists.

My guess is the USB-C ports on the left side are either damaged or defective.

Sometimes rotating the USB-C connector 180 degrees upside down will allow a device to work and indicates a half bad USB-C port. Hopefully you are a lucky person and you only need to have the left I/O Board replaced, otherwise you are looking at a very expensive repair.

Have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop to provide you with a repair estimate.

Make sure to only use an official Apple charger & charging cable. Also make sure to only use high quality adapters, accessories and peripherals from well respected brands to minimize the chance of damaging the Logic Board with faulty devices.

If rotating the USB-C connector resolves the issue, then it either indicates an issue with the cable/adapter or it indicates a hardware issue with the laptop. If the laptop is under warranty then you should definitely get it checked out. As long as there is no signs of accidental damage the repair should be covered for free under the warranty.

FYI, I find a lot of USB-C Apple laptops I repair tend to have liquid damage to the physical USB-C connector on the laptop's I/O Board. I just want to prepare you for this possibility. I'm not saying yours is damaged, but it seems liquid seems to easily find its way into these ports.

Good luck.
