I recently searched for a tutorial on how to enable 4k Vidoes on Macbook Pro. It says that I need to go to System Preference, then Display, hold and press the option key then click Scaled. But there's no resolution settings that appears.

You can't watch 4K video in 4K on a 2015 MacBook Pro. 4K is 3840 × 2160. Your screen is only 2880 x 1800.

Just to qualify my answer, you can watch 4K videos if you have a 4K external monitor connected.
