Verification failed and change of SIM card

I changed my sim card in my iphone (iphone 6s plus) and I was using it with a different sim card for almost 6 months. Suddenly, my phone seemed like it crushed, the verification keeps failing and I cannot access my apps. I also receive a message that my icloud is disabled. I switched back to my previous sim card and it is the same. I connected to Icloud.com and changed the password and nothing. I have reset my phone as well. It also doesn't connect to itunes. I don't know what to do. Any advice, welcome!

What do you see on your screen? Are you have to get to the Home Screen? Are you receiving any error messages?

What do you mean by 'verification keeps failing', what verification are you referring to?
