Hi, I have a MacBook pro and my touchpad and keyboard is not responsive. it comes up with "Bluetooth set up assistant". I have tried resetting my laptop and resetting the SMC but it still doesn't work? Any help would be much appreciated!

On a Intel Mac Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
