Apple pencil generation1 sudden malfunctioning

My Apple Pencil Worked fine for a couple of weeks then all of a sudden stopped. The pencil shows connected and is 100% charged. I've tried restarting the iPad, removing and then tightening and replacing the tip. Restarting my iPad worked temporarily, than replacing the tip yielded the same results … Concluding back to my relatively new Apple pencil remaining non operational …None of the suggestions given have corrected the issue…..Please help!

You need to search online for your nearest, “local” Apple store location and call contact phone numbers and call to make an appointment to have your Pencil diagnosed and options presented you, like a possible, in-warranty replacement of the Pencil.


Failing that,

You need to contact Apple support via the contact support link located at the upper right hand corner of every Webpage of these Apple support communities.


Use the Hardware Repair and Connectivity support categories.

If the battery has failed and your pencil is within its one-year warranty, you should look to having it replaced by your retailer or at an Apple Store.
