Not authorized to send Apple events (error -1743)

I have written an ApplescriptObjC project in Xcode that adds new contacts to a csv file and attempts to add their details to Contacts but issues the message “Not authorized to send Apple events to Contacts. (error -1743)”

I have added the app name to Contacts, Automation and Full Disk Access in Security & Privacy in System Preferences but still will not allow access.

What else do I have do to allow this, any suggestions gratefully received.

Running Xcode 12.5.1 with Big Sur 11.4

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 11.3

Contact's APP won't accept anything new? I am on a Mac Studio running Ventura 13.4.1. When I try and add a contact, as I am typing in the details, the screen reverts back to showing the list of contacts, before I can hit "done", making it impossible to add a new contact. Is there a finite number allowed in this APP?

apple events to system settings Hello dear apple employees, I've been trying to install an app and it asks me to send an apple event to system settings, I've tried to send one, but it gives me the same error: "Not authorised to send apple events to apple settings, is there any way to fix this issue? Thanks.
