Caller cannot hear me - iphone11

I have an iphone11, persons cannot hear me well on direct call, Facetime and whatsapp. However, I can hear them clearly. I have tried several solutions, not sure what else to do.

Is the iOS on your device updated to the latest version? If not, back up and Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Do you experience this issue with other people not hearing you on FaceTime and WhatsApp calls consistently since it started? Or is it intermittent? Is it only in certain locations?

How is the call and audio quality on regular cellular phone calls?

If you heard your voice clearly after testing the microphone following the steps in the resource above, it's possible the issue may be related to the app you're using or software. Try updating the device and apps and then make a test call.

I tried so many different things, I truly can’t remember what worked. However, the below are what I think might have helped or worked:

I cleaned the mic area using a random YouTube guide
I changed the phone case I was using
I reset the network settings and I called my service provider who guided me to adjust it to the correct settings.

I think after those the issue was fixed.

I hope the above was helpful because I know how frustrating it can be.

Thanks for your assistance. Yes, the iOS is updated.

I am experiencing the problem on all calling apps and also direct regular cellular phone calls. I can clearly hear persons but they can’t hear me clearly. They say I am breaking up.

I have been experiencing it at all locations, however when I move about while I speak it sometimes improve. I am told by the callers that I am the only person they speak to they are having issues hearing.
