If I made a purchase online for an iPhone, but I did it as a guest because I didn’t have access to the two factor authenticating device, is there a way for me to refund this recent purchase?

Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.

If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.
