So my iphone 12 pro max dims and locks while I'm on whatsapp video call and I don't understand why it does this and it's very annoying because I have to keep tapping my phone for it not to lock and I don't want to change my auto lock to never. Does anyone I have a soultion for this? Please let me know, it will be very helpful🙏🏼!

If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open
If not, you might also want to keep checking with WhatsApp.

Its only happens with Whatsapp and I spoke to Whatsapp too and it was no help at all.
