Apple Watch 5 isn't unlocked by unlocking iPhone

Hey everyone,

beginning with iOS 14.7 unlocking my iPhone doesn't unlock my Apple Watch 5 with watchOS 7.6 any longer. 

Everything is set up correctly ("unlock with iPhone" and so on), I restored the Watch, I set it up as a new watch...nothing helps.

Any ideas?
