As the title says, when I hold any key down on my keyboard the mouse lags significantly. I am using an M1 Mac mini, Big Sur 11.4, Apple Magic Keyboard (bluetooth), Logitech MX Master 3 for Mac mouse.
Any suggestions?

Try testing the mouse while in safe mode. Safe mode prevents your Mac from loading certain software as it starts up, including login items, system extensions not required by macOS, completes a basic check of your startup disk, and clears cache. How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support
