AirPods serial number (fake)

what happens if my charging case has a valid serial number but the serial number on the AirPods info in mi iPhone is not the same as the first one???

Functionally, your AirPods should continue to work without any issues. If you ever need to send in your AirPods for service, you'll want to refer to the serial number that's printed on the charging case lid. For more information, check the article that you posted from here:

Find the serial number of your AirPods - Apple Support

With AirPods (2nd generation) and AirPods Pro, each AirPod also has its own serial number, printed on the AirPod itself. If you need to send in your AirPods or charging case for service, refer to the primary serial number, printed on the case lid. You don't need the serial numbers on the AirPods.
