Red rash and blood spots under Apple Watch

I’ve been using an Apple Watch on left wrist for about 2 years - use voice calls and activity tracker a lot. In recent weeks I’ve developed a red dash and 3 blood spots under the watch. So I’ve now changed wrists but the rash is still there after a week. Is this a common problem? The watch is not tight and I clean it.

I used to have this problem too with my sport band. It turns out that my skin was just sensitive to the material used in that band. I switched to a sport loop and the problem went.

However, if it's a serious rash, you should probably seek medical advice.
