MacBook Air 13"

My Apple charger for MacBook Air gets very hot at the wall outlet; is this dangerous? The overheating charger has been ongoing from the time of purchase in 2014; and, IT IS AN Apple product. At the Genius Bar of Apple store, I was told it was not an issue. Can I believe this?

My macbook charger and macbook gets hot while charging. When charging (from 15% to 94), and using it at the same time (light web browsing), the charger head, power adapter (brick), and the mac itself get pretty hot(though the fans aren't spinning or anything) specifically the part of the mac where the charger is plugged in, the left and right palm rest, and the underside of the mac. Though the side where the charger is plugged in seems to be the hottest spot. Is this normal? I'm getting pretty worried, but I don't know if I should be.

Macsafe charger Has anyone else had it where there charger is getting really really hot when charging i can't even charge the laptop anymore as it gets well too hot, does anyone know what may cause this? i really dont wan't to have to buy another charger as have already bought 2 both end up with this problem, why are apple so bad with charging devices -_-

If Apple support said it, I will believe it.
