Hello, losingsince1908.


Start first by backing up your Mac.

Use Time Machine to back up your Mac -Apple Support:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201250


Then boot into Recovery mode and use Disk Utility First Aid to check your drive and volumes.

Then Reinstall macOS.
