Hi, when I open my Mail app, I am stuck on the Welcome to Mail screen. If I attempt to log into my email it says “Could not sign in” and “This iCloud account has already been added to your iPhone.”
After reading questions from other users, someone suggested that I remove and readd my email. However, I seem to be unable to do this as it is an iCloud email account.
Please can someone help me gain access to my email account again!

We suggest signing out of, and then back into iCloud. You can sign out by following these steps: Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac
These instructions will guide you through signing back in: Sign in with your Apple ID
To make sure your iCloud mail is set up correctly, follow the steps here: Set up iCloud Mail on your devices
