Hi,
on my iphone and ipad after opening settings then clicking on my name at bottom of next screen which shows my apple devices I have a device called DESKTOP-RPUBDF8 which I am unsure what this is. Has anyone experience this who could explain please

this should be your pc where you signed in your apple id or iCloud drive. It's not a problem if you did it by yourself.
