How to place folder(s) in the dock on iPad 12.5.4
How do I put a folder, that's in my iCloud Drive, into my dock on my iPad iOS 12.5.4 ? I'm assuming this can be done?
Thank you... :-)

The iPadOS dock will accept Apps, App folders or Shortcut Actions. These are simply “dragged” with a finger to the Dock. In essence, items that can be saved/placed on a Home Screen can be installed in the Dock.
Individual Files and filesystem folders cannot be placed on the Home Screens. As such, these items cannot be installed in the Dock.
iCloud itself isn’t an App - but is instead Apple’s Cloud Storage location. If you are attempting to create persistent quick access to iCloud, you can install (drag) the Files App icon to the dock - and use this to quickly navigate to the folder/file that you wish to access.
