Unable to assess file via Files apps over cellular

“Unable to assess file via Files apps over cellular” is not a new topic, but problem still happens, try every methods mentioned previously! Not working at all

Hi Lkm273, thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're unable to access files within the Files app over cellular data. By any chance, do you also use iCloud Drive on your iOS device? If so, can you go into Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > iCloud Drive and check to see if it's enabled? Use this resource as reference: Check the cellular data usage on your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support


Also, are you using the latest iOS software version (iOS 14.7)? Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
