Thanks for the information. Is it possible there is an issue with the HDMI cable or the TV port?

Try with another HDMI cable, and try in different ports on the TV.

If you still have issues, you may need to visit a local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them test with known good components, and repair or replace as necessary. Please bring your receipt to show proof of purchase and the date.

Please answer the following questions:

1. Is this occurring with the remote? Is it possibly the navigational click?

2. Also, is this occurring from the TV? Try turning down the volume and isolate the issue a bit more: Adjust video and audio settings on Apple TV

3. Also, is your Apple TV connected directly to your TV, or are you also connected to third-party speakers, sound systems, or HomePods?

4. Is this specific to one app being used, or is it occurring in any app you use, including only Apple apps?
