I accidently cancel my order, how can I resume it?

I ordered some items in apple online store. While I was checking its status in Apple Store App in my iPhone, I accidently cancelled it. I didn't mean to do that. I tried to contact helpdesk but I couldn't reach anyone yet. I don't want to re-order it because the promotion has already change.

Anyone has any recommend on this? How can I continue proceeding this order?
