Strange text messages after Stolen iPhone claiming to be Apple Support

My wife's iphone was stolen and she is now receiving strange texts that claim to be "Apple Support" with a link to https://icloud.com-secureaccess.support. Is this a scam? I'm afraid to click the link and refuse to provide credentials. I was unable to erase the iphone...the erase is still pending. The last message says "Your iCloud Photos are being transferred to Jaylen's iPhone X. If you did not make this transfer, sign in and lock your device: {url similar to above}. Apple Support (apple logo).

Don't click the link. Apple's domain is apple.com and anything from Apple would end that way.
