I received this text and without looking at where is was from I clicked on the link because my phone was stolen. Realizing that it was probably a scam I Immediately changed my iCloud password. I hope this helped me from further issues.

Just as long as you didn't click on the link and sign in with your credentials you'll be fine, but if you did you made the right move by changing the password.
