I’ve restarted, tried everything and looked up 1000 things. Why is my location button greyed out and why can I not touch it to turn it off or on for any apps or even the main location. This is very irritating and has been going on for over a month I have the IOS 14. Something.

I hope someone can give you the answer your looking for because I have the same problem! That is what brought me to this page. I belive I locked something in my phone when I was setting up "find my iphone" so if someone got into it they wouldn't be able to disable it. Now I'm the idiot that can't figure it out! Someone please help!!
Check your Screen Time restrictions. And if this is a work phone, or you have a work email on it, your employer may be restricting you from turning this off.
