DocuPrint P 265 dw not detected on mac

Has a printer called DocuPrint P265DW connected via USB-C to USB (VROVA USB-C Dual Display Docking Station).

It was working before but now suddenly it is not recognized after changing user account.

Download the driver in https://support-fb.fujifilm.com/processDriverForm.do?ctry_code=SG&lang_code=en&d_lang=en&corp_pid=DPP265DW&rts=null&model=DocuPrint+P+265+dw&type_id=5&lang_list=en

Restart done, tried all the usb ports on the adapter

Please advise what else can be done to make the printer work.

Hi,

To begin with, what happens if you reset the printing system and re-add the printer?

Add a printer on Mac - Apple Support

It would probably be correct to assume that you are trying to use a version 4.0.8 Mac print driver (from the support page that you mentioned) with a USB connection.

Is your Mac running macOS Big Sur?

It is worth noting that a Fuji Xerox DocuPrint P265 dw is listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a model supporting the driverless AirPrint technology. This means that you should be able to use the printer without having to install drivers, if the printer and the computer are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router).
