My iPhone 11 isn’t connecting to anything

The WiFi won’t work and neither will the data. My vpn is connecting for a second than disconnecting. The WiFi in the house is working on all other devices. Any suggestions on what to do?

uninstall VPN and any security apps (and preferably leave it that way)
restart the phone
Settings, General, Reset, Reset network settings.
Reset the router to factory settings

Yep I uninstalled my VPN and it worked immediately.

Great - they really do cause more harm than good, and Apple have announced more privacy options in the Fall including "Private Relay."
