No sim error

I am using iPhone 12 pro. I purchased that in April 2021. If I am able to get a replacement will I be able to get a brand-new one or a refurbished oneone? The battery life is 100% and that issue is not an issue that occurred due to my fault.

If you get it replaced either in or out of warranty, you will get a service replacement.

Service replacements may be new or remanufactured by Apple. They come in plain packaging and neither you, nor anyone at the Apple Store has any way to tell the difference.
