Hi, I cracked my screen on my iPhone x and bought a replacement but now the phone show "iPhone is disable, connect to itune" which I have connected to iTunes and nothing is happening. ITunes did not recognize the connection.

Follow steps here If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
Did you replace the screen yourself?
If the link above doesn't help, you should probably consider just buying a new phone. Apple won't touch that one now that it's been tampered with.
