iPhone disabled

my screen was giving me trouble yesterday, and at some point, would no longer respond to touch on the bottom of the screen. Every time I would put my unlock code in, the phone would type the wrong number and lock me out, after several times, it is now saying "disabled" and "connect to iTunes" . . .when I do that, nothing happens. . . PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

You will need to restore the device using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here…

But if there is a problem with the touch screen, this may not work. Then I would suggest that you make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for an evaluation and explanation of your options.
