Usb c connection to a FLIR camera with a male lightening connector- is there an adaptor?

Unfortunately, with Lightning being a proprietary Apple interface, there isn’t a USB-C to Lightning adapter. It is not possible to connect a Lightning accessory (such as your FLIR Camera) to the USB-C port of the iPad.

A “simple” cable adapter won’t work; an Apple-licensed active interface-converter would be required.

OP needs a 'female' Lightning connector. Apple already sells usb-c-to-lightning-cable-1-m which is a USBc-to-Lightning male connector.
