My iPad air can’t be charged

My ipad air can’t be charged. Any issue if water goes inside the usb? If yes, how to fix?

Water and electronics don’t mix well, due to electrical shorting, due to conductive debris, and due to subsequent corrosion.


Apple’s drying how-to > About splash, water, and dust resistance of iPhone 7 and later - Apple Support


Use a fan or the breeze from an air conditioning (flowing, dry air) and place the iPad where the air might be able to dry it.


If drying for a few days fails to resolve this, make an appointment with Apple or your preferred service vendor, and have them take a look. Rice is not recommended.


Water damage is not covered by warranty.
