auto refresh safari

Is there any option to automatically refresh/reload a safari web page? I'm trying to book a test, but they have all been booked, so the only way to book a test is to wait all day for somebody to cancel and for there to be availability. To be a little lazy and make it easier is there an automatic workaround at all? :)

I don't want it to, but then it automatically does and I lose all the work and the spot in the video where I was at before it refreshed. Safari doesn't natively auto refresh the page/tab.

Check Mac Appstore.

Safari > Safari Extensions

Note: I have never tested any of these extensions.

yeah unfortunately all of these apps are paid, i just wondered if there was a free workaround
