My AirPods Pro’s are connected to my phone, but the sounds (Spotify, Instagram, videos, phone sounds/notifications etc) are still playing through my iPhone. My phone has the latest update, I’ve restarted my phone and reset my AirPods, turned my Bluetooth on and off… nothing seems to work. My AirPods and case are also fully charged and the AirPods are clean.

We see you're having issues with having the audio come out of the AirPods while they're connected, and we'd be happy to help.
It sounds like you've tried some good steps already. In Control Center, try tapping the AirPlay icon in the top-right of the audio controls box at the top there. Then, double-check to see if the AirPods are the selected output option here. If not, be sure to select the AirPods in the list, and try playing audio again.

Be sure to also ensure your iPhone is using the latest iOS version (currently iOS 14.7.1): Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
