Connecting to iCloud from Apple TV

I’m unable to connect to my iCloud account via Apple TV box. It says iCloud is unavailable.

Anyone know what’s up?

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

Apple System Status will tell you if there are any known remote server issues. Else it may be your connection.
