Frogger in Toy Town video issue

Some screens in Frogger in Toy Town have video issues - massive snow, like terrible reception on old black-and-white TVs. In some screens (like in the Museum) it is intermittent. On others (such as a room I the Suburban Home, it seem permanent - I've never seen the room without the massive snow. Have no idea how to fix. I'm running a 2019 MacBook Pro 15 inch. Thanks. I'll try to attach an image. I've contacted the developer, Kodami, and they referred me to Apple. I trashed and reinstalled the game. Did not help. Thanks.
