Airpods

Hi. I recently purchased a new charging case for my airpod 2’s because it wasn’t working, and now I cannot add my airpods to my iphone. I tried to reset, clean them out, charge them, etc. It only flashes green. Any ideas?

AirPods Pro case I bought a new charging case for my Airpods Pro and I can not get it to connect to my phone. I tried virtually everything. only thing that happens is the green light flashes, any ideas?

I dropped my AirPods Pro case on the ground and now they won't connect. I dropped my airpod pro case on the ground and both pods flew out, I put the pods back in and the next day I tried connecting them to my phone but they did not work. The airpods and case are fully charged but still don’t want to connect. I tried restarting them that also didn’t work. any ideas how to fix this? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

If this procedure Set up your replacement AirPods or charging case - Apple Support didn't work, you better call Apple Support directly so they'll help you check everything
