I dropped my phone and now it's not charging up to 5%

I dropped my iphone7 and then it stayed power off for nearly 10minutes but then I was able to turn it on. When I dropped my phone, it was up to 40% but when it turned on it was 7% and then I plugged it in to a power source and still not charging up to 5%

No cracks or scratches or display damages happened to my phone. All other functions are working fine.

While you may not be able see any damage on the outside, clearly the fall caused internal damage on the inside.
