iPhone 12 Pro Max photo distortion / poor quality

I am sure there are thousands of threads regarding this .. has anyone come up with a way to turn off the autocorrection that the 12 pro max is doing to phones ? I am so so so sick of the poor photo quality of this phone and after using it for 6 months I am ready to head back to my iPhone 10s max. This is horrible and makes me so mad I paid this type of money on something that over exposes and polarizes photos, especially ones taken indoors and in low light situations
