I think I have a virus on my phone I keep getting update things from my calendar inviting me to clean it

That is a Rogue Calendar account.
You are using iOS 14. Go to Settings ➔ Calendar ➔ Accounts and under Accounts see if an unknown calendar account is listed. If it is then tap on it and then Delete account.
Note that it is not a virus. It is something that got added to your calendar because you may have accepted an offer from a pop-up on a website unknowingly. Please be careful out there.

You don't have a virus. You clicked on a link from a website and you permitted Calendar Spam to be downloaded on your phone.
See this link to delete the calendar(s) you downloaded and be very careful when you click on links in websites you're not familiar with --> How to remove Calendar spam? - Apple Community
