When I tap screen mirroring in the control center my TV does not show up.

1. Your TV must be AirPlay compatible. Check the TV’s manual and see whether it is.
2. Ensure that AirPlay is setup properly on your TV
3. Your TV must be connected to the same Wi-Fi Network as your iPhone

I have the same issue. I’ve successfully mirrored in the past. I’ve check all settings and rebooted the tv and the phone also. Still nothing. Did you find a solution? My tv is TCL Roku.
