Macbook pro 15" 2019 gets pixelated

Hi, my MB has been pixelated for 2 days, today it gets worse than yesterday, but it just happens on the left side of screen, I attach some photos to describe the issue below

What is wrong with my screen now? Please help me, I dont want to replace it with new one, it is too expensive now
